PHOTO-OWNING SISAK

My friend Mirko (from Zagreb) visited my town again, today. So, my friend Ivana and I went to keep him company and take a (long) stroll around the town. We had a cloudy and a rainy day. Don't know if it's still raining outside, too tired to open the window.

I don't know if there could be a photo walk without me trying to get the bokeh rockin' in the background. It is just a part of who I am, as a photographer. I really do try to step away from it but it just naturally appears in my photos, in the background. Or on purpose.

I simply love the Old bridge, over river Kupa that was built almost 100 years ago. It is still holding on, bro. Not just because it is my town, but it is one of the prettiest bridges I've seen, looking from the distance, apart from the Carl's Bridge in Prague.

And this is the railway bridge, also over river Kupa. It sure does provides the best depth of field. I would like to photograph the bridge in other weather conditions, too.

So yeah, this are Ivana and Mirko, at the beginning of our Sisak saga. I am sure he will visit us a few times more as there is more to Sisak than meets the eye. Yes, I love Transformers. God bless.

There's one thing that I miss in my city: old architecture. Actually, Brasilia, were I live it's know by its modern architecture, hahaha :P
